A Bengal tiger has reportedly been roaming throughout three provinces and wildlife officials have been looking for the wildcat, which was final seen leaving a forest in the Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary in Uthai Thani. The tiger, named “Vijit,” is carrying a monitoring collar and the sign emitted from the collar showed the large cat in a eucalyptus plantation within the neighbouring province Kamphaeng Phet, however officials have not been capable of finding the tiger.
Wildlife officers have also been on the lookout for the tiger in Nakhon Sawan, a province between Uthai Thani and Kamphaeng Phet.
