Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, National Vacuum Equipment employs round 100 individuals.
“The acquisition will add to our vacuum options portfolio, permitting us to enter the at present untapped cellular vacuum market,’’ stated Geert Follens, Atlas Copco‘s Business Area President Vacuum Technique.
When the acquisition closes, National Vacuum will become part of the Industrial Vacuum Division, within Atlas Copco’s Vacuum Technique business area.
