เกจปรับแรงดันแก๊ส has agreed to acquire the German industrial pump producer Pumpenfabrik Wangen GmbH from private fairness agency Silverfleet Capital.

Headquartered in Wangen in the Allgäu area of Germany, Pumpenfabrik Wangen specialises in progressive cavity pumps used primarily in the biogas and wastewater sectors, and twin-screw pumps for meals and beverage and cosmetics purposes.
Pumpenfabrik Wangen has manufacturing amenities in Germany, a US subsidiary and a world sales and service footprint. เกจวัดแรงดันแก๊สlpg employs 265 people and had 2020 revenues of roughly €46.four million.
“Industrial pumps is a segment that we now have identified as a strategic fit for Atlas Copco and Wangen Pumpen has leading differentiated know-how with a powerful aftermarket enterprise,” said Andrew Walker, president of Atlas Copco’s Power Technique enterprise area. “Wangen Pumpen is a strong model and is known for high quality in demanding industrial applications. This acquisition will create a stable basis for additional growth in new industrial pump segments.”
The acquired business will turn out to be a part of the Power and Flow division inside Atlas Copco’s Power Technique Business Area.
The deal is anticipated to be accomplished through the second quarter of 2022 and is topic to regulatory approvals.
